Had a problem with neck and shoulder pain and this really helped me! Pillow is the right amount of softness, not too soft and not too firm. The cooling part also works. CS is also commendable, super nice and helpful.

Pillow is great. I am a side sleeper and my lower back hurts all the time now. This definitely needs a lot of getting used to when sleeping but overall it does help eliminating back pain for side sleepers.

I slept on it for two nights already and I saw the difference immediately versus my regular pillow. i got a stiff neck from my pillow a couple months back so I decided to invest in an orthopedic pillow and this did not disappoint at all! I also chill out on my bed so Ive tried different positions (on my back, on the side and lying on my tummy) and the pillow works fine for all of them. Very happy with this purchase!
